Job Description
1. Experience in
- Managing software implementation projects and software support operations
- Should have handled a implementation / support team in responsible to provide support to external customers
- Ability to analyse problems and take corrective and preventive actions
- Knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server and hands on experience on PL/Sql, Transact/SQL
- Knowledge of Web application techologies like .Net, Asp, Ajax, Web 2.0, including knowledge of at least one programming language like VB.Net, C#, ASP, ASP.Net
- Experience in preparing solution documents
- Excellent communication skills, client interaction skills and experience in dealing with technical client representatives
- Total relevant experience 4-7 Years

Role:
- To plan the resource allocation for different project support requirements
- Guide and monitor the on-site support teams and central Helpdesk team
- To deliver on meeting Service Level Agreement benchmarks of each client
- Ensure vendor coordination and internal coordination to achieve compliance to requirements
- Will be the escalation contact for client's project management team / project owner
- Reporting to Delivery Head at Fluous
Responsibilities:
- Understand issues and problems by interacting with end users, IT management and end user team of client
- Drive measurement based support level monitoring for all support functions and constant improvement in support standards
- Enrich and maintain knowledgebase of issue resolutions and implement mechanisms for reduction of support cycle times, end-user self service support portal, FAQ bank, etc

- Organising and participating in trade fairs and events
- MBA with total relevant experience 4-7 Years
- Knowledge of HRMS domain will be an added advantage
2 . Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated and achievement oriented
3 . Positions are based at Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi and may entail traveling
Role:
- Implement sales strategy for the region and execute direct and indirect marketing strategies
- Build network of partners for executing projects
- Engage with partners for joint bidding on projects
- Reporting to Enterprise Business Head / Sr Management at Fluous
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads, identify opportunities and followup to closure
- Prepare technical and functional bids in response to RFP / RFI / NIT from large enterprise opportunities
- Identify new partners for business lead generation and project execution
- Monitor performance and leads from existing partners, direct sales team, other channels
- Negotiation and finalization of contracts
