Role:

• To lead project delivery and provide  technical and functional support to project team
• Interact with Client and/or implementation team, manage client expectations
• Ensure vendor coordination and internal coordination to achieve compliance to requirements

• Reporting to Delivery Head at Fluous

Responsibilities:

• Understand high level business requirements interacting with end users, IT management and corporate team of client
• Document requirements using standards based approach
• Prepare Scope of Work and identify crucial success factors for project execution
• Manage delivery team comprising of technical and functional consultants
• Design execution plan, monitor execution and achievement of milestones
• Preparing user documentation

Role:

• Pre-sales support to marketing team
• Interact with Client and/or implementation team, manage client expectations
• Techno-functional consulting to clients based on client requirements

• Post sales relationship management and escalation point for scope of agreement and SLA

Responsibilities:

• Generation of additional revenue from existing clients and cross selling of services to new clients

• Managing software implementation projects and software support operations
• Should have handled a implementation / support team in responsible to provide support to external customers

Role:

• To plan the resource allocation for different project support requirements
• Guide and monitor the on-site support teams and central Helpdesk team

• Understand issues and problems by interacting with end users, IT management and end user team of client
• Drive measurement based support level monitoring for all support functions and constant improvement in support standards
• Enrich and maintain knowledgebase of issue resolutions and implement mechanisms for reduction of support cycle times, end-user self service support portal, FAQ bank, etc
• Provide support to end user and project teams for performance optimization, database tuning

• Oversee testing policy implementation for the specific components. Drive creation of any useful toolsets to help automation of frequently performed activities. Provide effort estimates to management for upcoming activities.
• Drive quality orientation within the team, ensure adherence of each team member to organization standards, design guidelines and application performance requirements
